1. Please quote your order number in any correspondence.
2. If you have a complaint, please send details either by post or email,
including your name, address, email and phone number, when the item was bought,
and the nature of the complaint and we will do our very best to solve the issue
for you.
3. Unwashed, unused, new items, other than those stated below, may be returned
in as new condition, within 2 weeks of receipt for credit or exchange. Items
sold in sealed packaging must be returned in said sealed packaging. In cases
where packaging has been opened, only proven faulty goods will be accepted for
refund or exchange or credit.
4. Any such returns will be subject to a restocking charge of 20% in the case of
refunds or 10% in the case of exchanges or credits.
5. Exchanged goods will be returned at the cost of the customer and p&p will be
charged on any replacement goods sent out as if it was a new order.
6. Any custom orders (i.e. something that is not a standard LITTLEKIWI.CO.UK
shop option) may not be returned or exchanged, unless faulty workmanship can be
proven, in which case you will have a choice of a refund or exchange or credit.
7. Items ordered off the "preloved" or "sale" pages may not be returned unless
faulty. If the item is described pre-sale as having the fault in question it may
not be returned.
8. Anything ordered specially by us for you may not be returned unless faulty
and any additional postage and packaging costs for return to origins of said
products will be paid by the customer. In such cases payments for extra costs
will be made by the customer prior to retunring to said origins.
9. Any faulty items, except those described above as being non-returnable may be
returned within 2 weeks of receipt for a refund or exchange or credit.
10. Refunds will only be paid on items with proven faults due to workmanship. No
refunds for other reasons.
10 (a)Technical
specifications and Variations in Quantities
(b) Little Kiwi Ltd will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure compliance with
any specifications given by the customer but colours, contrasts, colour balances
and hues cannot be guaranteed. Likewise due to the manufacturing process there may be slight differences between products.
(c) Little Kiwi Ltd will endeavour to deliver the correct quantity of goods
ordered. Little Kiwi Ltd reserve the right to replace goods with goods of a
similar or greater value where necessary.
(d) Any claims in respect of quality or content must be made in writing within
24 hours of delivery. All Little Kiwi Ltd items which are handmade are subject
to minor differences which are not arguable by the customer.
11. No shipping charges will be refunded except at our
discretion. If you place an order through littlekiwi.co.uk and through nappyelite.co.uk we reserve the right to send both orders in one package. This benefits the environment as it keeps packaging to a minimum and minimises the effects of transport emissions too.
12. Please contact us to obtain a return number prior to returning items. Also
indicate whether you would like to exchange for another item(s), receive a store
credit, or receive a refund.
13. Please note, all refunds will be paid through paypal except at our
discretion.
14. Little Kiwi Ltd reserves the right to ask for the customer to pay any
charges which may arise from the order, including but not limited to, payment
charges, tax, import duties.
15. Any missing or damaged packages must be reported within 7
days of confirmation email of postage being sent by Little Kiwi Ltd. And claims
arising from such must be accompanied by a signed declaration stating the
package either a)arrived damaged, or b) did not arrive. Anyone suspected of, or
caught, abusing this facility will be prosecuted through the small claims court.
16. The address given by the customer for delivery will be used.
Little Kiwi Ltd will not be held responsible for any errors arising from
misinformation.
17. Little Kiwi Ltd will aim to have all orders delivered within
7-14 days, but reserve the right to extend this during busy times. The customer
will be informed of any delays.
18. Little Kiwi Ltd will not be held liable for any delays due to
any unforeseen circumstances. Again, the customer will be informed of any
delays.
19. Due to the usage purposes of the products sold, Little Kiwi
Ltd will not accept liability for the length of service of the products. We do
all we can to advise of care and use, and we know what the products can
withstand. Any customer trying to pass off abused products as faulty will be
subject to prosecution.
